I am pleased and honored to announce that I have again I have been invited to participate in this year's Small Works Great Wonders Exhibition and Sale at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, OK. This year's exhibit goes on display November 5. Small Works, Great Wonders® features a fusion of traditional and contemporary paintings and sculpture at affordable prices. Enjoy cocktails with more than 100 of the nation's finest artists, including many from the prestigious Prix de West. Refreshments and beautiful works of art make for a truly special evening; purchasers may leave with art in hand at the end of the night. Sale art goes on exhibit November 5. Less than four weeks away ! Four rotary engines on the field....The last time that occurred was 1918 ... so perhaps a once in a lifetime opportunity. I'll be there displaying and selling my work. Other attractions will include original WW1 Aviation uniforms on display, more original artwork by Steve Anderson, Bill Marsako and others, The East Coast Doughboys WW1 reenactors, 2 airshows, Biplane rides, local vendors and more. Did I mention the original Curtiss Jenny? How about the part scale, only one flying in the US German Rumpler? Bring a lawn chair and sunscreen and watch history unfold !

This summer I will be painting and exhibiting my work at the Night In the Country Carolinas Music Festival happening at the Tryon International Equestrian Center. This 3-day festival will feature some of the top names in country music including Darius Rucker, John Pardi, and Dierks Bentley. I will be painting in the Equine Instincts Gallery located along the vendor Promenade, and my work will on display and for sale in both the Equine Instincts Gallery and the Equine Artists of Tryon Gallery.

I’m proud to say that Steel Nerves and Iron Rails has been accepted into the 41st Annual Western Spirit Juried Art Show & Sale. The show will be at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum in Cheyenne, WY and will run from March 5 – April 17, 2022. The Western Spirit Juried Art Show & Sale is the premier annual juried art show in the Rocky Mountain region for new and emerging artists who create original western art depicting the American West.

The Western Spirit opening reception and award show will be March 5, 2022; 6:00pm-9:00pm with the member’s preview starting at 5 pm. 

This year's exhibit goes on display November 6 with the sale taking place on Friday, November 12. I am very pleased to be able to announce that , Covid-19 not withstanding, "The Color Of Flight" workshop has been rescheduled for Sept 17-19, 2021 at the historic Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in Rhinebeck, NY. Our original workshop was scheduled for September of this year, but unfortunately, like so many other things, we were forced to postpone due to the pandemic. Marc Poole and I, along with the staff of Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome, are now looking ahead to a successful 2021 workshop. The workshop will be sponsored by The American Society of Aviation Artists and Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome.

I’m happy to announce this morning that three of my works - Campfire Beggars, A Pair of Jennies, and Beside Still Waters - have been accepted into the Mountain View Americana Art Show, June 11th-13th Easley, SC. This is the first year for the show but it looks like they’ve already got an impressive lineup of western art. I’ll also have a vendor display at the outdoor market that weekend where I’ll be displaying and selling both western art and aviation art. Come by and pay a visit.
