Forsyth Tritons 2 is the first of a pair of paintings which detail the sculptural elements of the massive cast iron fountain in Savannah's Forsyth park.

"Having spent much of my childhood in Savannah, I was already familiar with this fountain when I stopped by for a visit during a trip in 1999. On that particular afternoon I was captivated by the way the light cast its warm and cool colors across the white figurines in the fountain as well as the reflected colors that came off the water."

Printed on acid free stock with fade resistant inks, the print is signed by Russell Smith.
